Olive Harvest

Olives are part of the deeply rooted cultural heritage of Croatia. They have been cultivated in Croatia for about 2500 years. The olive branch is a widely known symbol of peace, while olive oil grants you longevity and health. Therefore it’s not only a key ingredient of Mediterranean cuisine, but woven into history, culture and the people’s way of life until today. Some of the best olive oils are produced in Croatia, especially Korčula has a great reputation for some of the finest sorts.  Join us for the harvest end of October at Thinkers House and help us pick our 60 olive trees to produce our home made oil.
